Steam Cleaning is using low pressure, super heated steam up to 150°C to remove years of dirt, moss and algae etc, this method is much gentler on the tiles due to the low pressures involved and gives you instant results. Normally we follow this up with a biocide treatment to kill any remaining spores and add to the longevity of the clean.
There are several different access methods that can be used for cleaning a roof. In certain situations we may not need to set foot on the roof at all. Depending on the job and access to the roof we may use cherry picker hire, rope access, ladder access or an access tower.
